Model 1100 Crankshaft/Camshaft Gage

The Adcole Model 1100 is a Cylindrical Coordinate Measurement Machine designed to measure cylindrical engine components such as camshafts, crankshafts and pistons and high speed and with high accuracy. The economical gaging system handles a wide variety of part lengths and configurations. The rugged gage can be located in a controlled environment or out on the shop floor. This fast, versatile and accurate gage employs the latest technology in motion controls, signal processing and linear grating technology.

The Model 1100 gage allows efficient processing of measurement data. Chatter mark analysis or SPC data evaluation and archiving can be performed without interrupting the measuring process.


Measured results are displayed on the control screen and can be printed or plotted in a customized, easy to interpret report or output as a file to a network PC. The part tolerance check automatically determines all tolerance deviations of the part and shows the result as GO or NOGO.


The Model 1100 gage is built vertically for optimal measuring results and safe part handling. Adcole gages are designed to meet the demands of production lines.
